Melinda is a dedicated virtual transaction coordinator servicing Southern California; utilizing her nine years of experience + 1 year as an assistant in the real estate industry to cultivate a seamless transaction to all parties. She understands the importance of promptness, accuracy and communication and prides herself on being responsive and approachable. Melinda stays up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies and regulations to provide the highest level of service to her clients. Outside of her professional endeavors, Melinda enjoys spending time with her daughter, dog & family. She also enjoys running, reading, attending church and the outdoors. She finds this helps maintain balance and perspective in the fast-paced world of real estate.
